I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas, Registered Play Therapist, and EMDR Certified Therapist.

I graduated from the University of North Texas with a Master's degree in counseling, specializing in Play Therapy. With the passion to help and enrich my expertise, I have completed extensive training on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to assist population in need.

​

After serving in a non-profit agency for five years, I decided to chase my dream and fully carry over my experience into a private practice setting. Throughout my experience, I have closely worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for a variety of concerns: depression, anxiety, relational issues, anger management, stress management, behavioral concerns, developmental disorders, adjustment difficulties, trauma, grief, and parenting skills.

With dual cultural identity, I am fully aware of cultural sensitivity and diversity. I also provide counseling services in Mandarin and Taiwanese to Chinese-speaking clients in the DFW area.

Fun fact: I am married with a son and enjoy gardening in my spare time.
