Adult Counseling

As we step into the adult world, we are bound to encounter challenges and setbacks at times: heading to college for the unknowns, building a career path, going through relationship ups and downs, struggle with parenting, and any traumatic events from past or present. A mental break-down or dysfunctional behaviors might set in and existing conditions could worsen when related feelings and thoughts are not properly taken care of as you fight through all the struggles.
